Job summary

The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux in Greater Manchester is seeking a frontline adviser to join our expanding team. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working and a 35-hour week to help people access timely, quality advice.

You will work across community venues and the Adviceline service, handling face-to-face, telephone and digital inquiries, gathering the right information, and guiding clients through next steps. Travel across Greater Manchester is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target driven environment with excellent customer service.
• Ability to conduct telephone/face-to-face interviews and/or digital communications while gathering the right information.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Work across community outreach venues and the Adviceline service to provide timely, quality advice.
• Assist clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via digital channels to resolve their issues.
• Support clients through next steps and signpost appropriately.
