Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking a proactive specialist to coordinate fronting activities within the UW function. You will drive governance, manage fronting data flows, and contribute to commercial terms negotiations across partners and captive contracts.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and strong stakeholder collaboration. A degree in Business/Finance and 3+ years in insurance fronting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Actuarial)
• Min 3+ years in insurance fronting, captive or reinsurance contracts
• Strong analytical capability to structure and reconcile data
• Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Data flows understanding; data reconciliation and reporting experience; SQL is a plus
• Process improvement mindset and proactive problem-solving
• Detail-oriented with data, contracts and governance documentation
• Stakeholder management in a complex, global environment
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
• AI readiness and responsible use of data governance & cloud tools

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Fronting Governance Model across the business
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align fronting-related matters
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and drive cross-functional implementation
• Identify commercial risks, establish controls, and monitor risks and controls
• Ensure compliance with Allianz Partners governance requirements for fronted and captive contracts
• Own end-to-end Fronting Data and Reporting processes
• Analyse, structure, and reconcile fronting data for accuracy and consistency
• Conduct feasibility and impact analyses of data flows and ingestion into UW/Pricing BAU processes
• Own reporting requirements to and from fronting partners, including data transfers
• Act as single point of contact for Commercial Terms of Fronting Agreements
• Contribute to annual renegotiation of terms with partners and captive contracts
• Design and establish timely, structured communication of terms to relevant departments
