Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, ideally insurance or reinsurance.
• Proven expertise in planning and performance management, with analysis of financial statements and metrics.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and comprehensive business steering support.
• Identify key drivers, risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Drive and ensure quality assurance for financial reporting and enable global business steering and transparency.
• Present transparent conclusions and robust financial commentary to support decision-making.
• Coordinate regular reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Support leadership on ad-hoc topics and projects.
