Job summary

Prime Intellect is building open frontier AI infrastructure and open-source models. You will own the path from emerging research artifact to open-source and product experiences, working with engineering to shape researcher-facing features and stable interfaces.

As part of Applied Research, you will collaborate with external researchers and contributors, delivering reusable research systems, APIs, examples, and documentation that others can run, inspect, and extend.

Qualifications

• Ownership of open-source ML or developer-tool systems.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, or evaluation loops.
• Strong Python and ability to build runnable artifacts for researchers.
• Excellent experimental judgment and adaptability to changing evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from research artifact to open-source and product experiences.
• Shape researcher-facing features in the training platform and define stable interfaces.
• Develop APIs, examples, and reference implementations for reproducible research.
