Job summary

Prime Intellect is building an open frontier AI stack and seeks an Applied Research role focused on RL workflows, evaluation environments, and real-world deployment. You will own end-to-end programs for customer problems, translating research into practical platform capabilities and reusable artifacts.

You will engage with customer researchers and leaders to ensure impact and alignment with business goals. The role emphasizes external-facing research, fast iteration, and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills with ability to build artifacts that researchers can run and extend.
• Experience designing and running post-training experiments and evaluating results.
• Experience working with external customers or partners and translating experiments into impact.

Responsibilities

• Own applied RL programs from ambiguous problems to deployed improvements.
• Design environments, baselines, evaluations, and measurement of outcomes.
• Collaborate with customer researchers, engineers, and leaders to ensure research translates to product capabilities.
• Drive deployment decisions and reusable artifacts back to Prime's stack.
