trg. in partnership with a global medtech leader seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the global UX Development team. You will line-manage UX Developers, set front-end standards, and drive the Design System and monorepo strategy.

Responsibilities include overseeing CI/CD pipelines, testing, accessibility, and internationalisation, while collaborating with senior Product and Engineering leaders to align scope and report progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience with 7+ years in frontend engineering.
• Experience building and managing a design system or component library.
• A solid grasp of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong influencing skills, including with senior stakeholders and across functions.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Line-manage a team of UX Developers, covering hiring, performance, career development and motivation.
• Set best practice for front-end development, testing, security and delivery.
• Own and evolve the Design System and component library, and champion them so they’re adopted across the business.
• Oversee the UI monorepo and its tooling, including CI/CD, pipelines, testing, internationalisation and accessibility.
• Build strong relationships with senior Product and Engineering leaders: agree scope, manage expectations and report progress.
