Applied Data Science Partners Ltd. seeks a Senior UX Engineer to bridge design and frontend development, delivering accessible, high-performance experiences. You will lead prototyping, champion design systems, and mentor teammates in UI engineering best practices.

Responsibilities include translating designs into production-grade code using React/Next.js, driving UX discovery sessions with clients, and ensuring WCAG compliance across devices and browsers. London-based, hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Degree in a creative or quantitative field is preferred or a strong portfolio if self-taught.
• Experience contributing to complex frontend projects across design to deployment.
• Experience running UX discovery sessions and client design presentations.
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills and UI component knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design systems and frontend apps with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript (React/Next.js).
• Translate designs and wireframes into production-ready, performant code.
• Facilitate UX discovery workshops with clients to define user journeys.
• Champion WCAG accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Present UX concepts to clients via demos and documentation.
• Mentor developers and designers in UI engineering best practices.
