Insight Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer ready to step into a Lead role and drive the frontend technology stack. You’ll mentor peers and help shape the roadmap with product and wider teams in a multi-award-winning health tech environment.

You will have freedom to identify the best tools and approaches, build modern frontends, and lead by example in coding with TDD and Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban. This role offers clear leadership growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Architect, develop and maintain modern frontends.
• Write code with Test Driven Development.
• Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Responsabilités

• Lead the frontend engineering effort and mentor juniors.
