Job description

Brewer Morris is currently hiring for a Front Office Treasury Manager position within the treasury team of a recognised property business.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work under a brilliant line manager and take full ownership of front office treasury activities. The responsibilities include:

• Leading the treasury front office, ensuring compliance with best practices, internal policies, and external regulatory requirements.
• Managing the operational aspects of the front office, including planning, execution, and contractual documentation.
• Overseeing the Group’s internal liquidity management, including intra-group funding and cash pooling.
• Forecasting, planning, and managing front office activities, including cash flow forecasts.
• Applying in-depth understanding of external regulatory environments related to treasury activities.
• Managing the impact of regulatory changes on front office activities, including preparation and scanning for relevant updates.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvements in operational efficiency and outcomes.
• Executing treasury risk management for external debt financings, including interest rate and FX hedging.
• Developing treasury and financing policies.
• Supporting bank, lending, and other external and internal relationships from a front office perspective.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a treasury professional, preferably within an international group.
• Experience in corporate finance.
• AMCT qualification or equivalent experience in front office treasury management.
• An accounting qualification is advantageous.
