This role is part of Deloitte's Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory practice, focusing on partnering with Financial Services clients undergoing regulatory or strategic change. The team provides advisory support across three core areas: (i) Regulatory, (ii) Data & Technology, and (iii) Operating Models, Process & Controls.

The Treasury and Reporting team seeks high-caliber individuals at Assistant Manager and Manager levels with expertise in Regulation, Risk Management, Treasury, Liquidity, and Capital. Responsibilities include delivering client engagements on prudential regulation, ensuring solution-oriented outcomes for complex regulatory challenges, and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop industry relationships and maintain deep industry knowledge.
• Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Lead client projects, managing scope, team, financials, and deliverables.
• Support internal practice development and knowledge sharing.
• Build networks within Deloitte and client organizations.
• Develop proposals for new opportunities and participate in industry initiatives.

Qualifications and skills:

• Experience with leading Financial Services organizations in Treasury, Liquidity, or Capital.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like SREP and ICAAP/ILAAP under EBA and PRA regulations.
• Mandatory Capital or Liquidity regulatory knowledge.
• Knowledge of capital markets or wholesale banking.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Risk preferred; professional designations (CFA, CA, MBA, FRM) advantageous.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and stakeholder engagement.
