Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Front of House supervisor to uphold department standards across shifts and ensure exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. You will lead and train the Front of House team, delivering training aligned with Resort standards and business needs.

Strong people management and the ability to handle day-to-day operational pressures are essential. Knowledge of Opera is beneficial but not required, and previous Rooms Division experience is preferred.

We are looking for a strong character who has a hands‑on approach and can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. Evidence of excellent people management skills is essential, as is the ability to organise, inspire and lead a team. Knowledge of 'Opera' would be beneficial but not essential.

You will need a passion for this sector of the industry and the ability to deliver outstanding service in an environment where guests have high expectations. Experience in the Rooms Division sector of the hospitality industry is essential, with a preference for those candidates who have worked in a quality driven, high volume environment.
