Responsibilities as a Front Office Supervisor:

• Supervise front office colleagues, including scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and managing performance.
• Oversee the check-in and check-out processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, including managing room assignments and handling payments.
• Assist with coordinating guest services for events and special occasions, ensuring all guest needs are met.
• Ensure that all guests receive a warm and professional welcome and handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
• Provide ongoing training and support to front office colleagues, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel services, policies, and procedures.
