Job summary

Xantium Group is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to join our London team at an exciting growth phase. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for front-office roles, shaping how we attract, assess, and close top talent while aligning with business priorities.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will develop targeted talent strategies, build strong pipelines across quantitative research, trading, and analysis, and fortify interview practices and data-driven processes to scale with the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency and in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for front-office financial services roles.
• Ability to build talent strategies and pipelines.
• Strong project management and data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on with ATS and recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for front-office roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand priorities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across functions.
• Improve ATS, workflows, reporting, and data quality.
