As our next Front Office Manager, you…
Are the ‘face of Mercure London Bridge’, and will have autonomy over the day to day management of the Front office and Reservations departments in terms of rota’s, team recruitment and purchases whilst, together with the Operations Manager , you will address guest complaints and provide solutions; Making the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
With an open attitude, you will motivate and inspire the front office team to provide high quality services for your guests.
We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative and have a great sense of humor. As a member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate to management meetings.
You enjoy learning yourself whilst developing and teaching the members of your team.
