Job summary

A leading consultancy is seeking a Front Office Manager for a prestigious London hotel. In this role, you will oversee front desk operations, ensure exceptional service, and manage staff efficiently. Package

Salary from £38,000 to £42,000 p.a. depending on experience

What’s involved?

As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office department, ensuring all staff are aware of hotel procedures and regulations, and providing a high level of customer service at all times. You will support the team by arranging rotas according to business levels and undertaking duty management shifts as necessary.

Prior experience in a similar Front Office Supervisory or Manager role is preferred, ideally from a 4 or 5-star London hotel background. Exceptional customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential. Familiarity with Opera PMS/Cloud systems is an advantage.
