Job Description

The Front Office Manager oversees all aspects of guest service and satisfaction through the daily operations of the front office, including front desk, guest services, concierge, and Raffles Service (telephone). The role requires consistently delivering exemplary guest service while adhering to Raffles policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Professional manner, outgoing personality, self-driven
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of previous Front Office experience (preferred), with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a luxury environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and flexible with hours, days off, assignments, and additional duties
