The Novotel London Bridge is a 4-star hotel located close to the South Bank (SE1 9HH) with Tate Modern, The Shard, and St Paul's Cathedral just around the corner. There are 182 chic bedrooms, a Gourmet Bar and Restaurant, as well as a fitness centre.

An exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager has arisen at Novotel London Bridge. You will be managing the Front of House department and ensuring operational excellence for all areas of the hotel.


Job Description

Your main responsibilities would be:

  1. Leading, motivating, and coaching the front office team to ensure the hotel standards are delivered to meet customer satisfaction and audit targets.
  2. Duty management shifts.
  3. Exceeding departmental targets.
  4. Identifying new opportunities to increase profit contributions and control costs.
  5. Actively participating in any revenue and sales activities operated by head office, plus any specific operational activities.
  6. Recruiting and training new staff.
  7. Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints.
