Job summary

Delano London, a new iconic luxury hotel opening in 2026, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the daily operations of the Front Office and Concierge teams. You will ensure seamless guest experiences while upholding brand standards and mentoring a high-performing team.

Based in London, you will partner with the Director of Rooms and other departments to optimize service delivery, analyze front office metrics, and drive guest satisfaction in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in progressive front office roles, preferably in an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Opera and SynXis PMS.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front office and concierge teams to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of front desk staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolutions.
• Analyze front office metrics and support revenue management strategies.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hotel policies.
