Job summary

Delano London, part of Ennismore, invites applications for an Assistant Reservation Manager. reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will oversee the Reservation Department's daily operations, ensure a seamless guest experience from first contact, and support front and back office functions to meet brand standards.

You will coach a reservation agent, collaborate with Front Office, and work with Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of progressive experience in reservations, preferably luxury or lifestyle hotels.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive a guest-centric service culture.
• Intermediate to proficient use of Opera, KnowCross and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure efficient daily operations of the Reservation Department.
• Coach and develop the reservation agents across all shifts.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Revenue Management to optimise availability and guest data sharing.
• Monitor booking conversion and drive revenue opportunities and up-selling.
• Complete daily reports, shift checklists and ensure accurate documentation.
