Job summary

Talantir is seeking an experienced Front Office IT Service Manager to lead the delivery of front office IT services from Leavesden/Watford area. The role reports to Head of IT Services & Operations and manages 6–10 direct reports.

You will drive performance, efficiency and continuous improvement, ensuring SLA/KPI targets are met while managing multi-vendor SIAM environments and controlling costs. The position is permanent and on-site in Watford with a competitive package including a car option

Qualifications

• Experienced IT Service Manager with front office service delivery.
• Proven track record in ITIL, SIAM, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and control service costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of front office IT services.
• Partner with stakeholders to align IT with business needs.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs & service performance.
• Manage multi-vendor environments (SIAM).
• Oversee incident, problem & change management.
• Control service costs & budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement & automation.
