Job summary

Noir, a leading investment bank in London, is seeking a Service Delivery and Support Manager on a 12-month FTC. You will own day-to-day service operations, lead IT service delivery teams, and drive continuous improvement using ITIL, incident and problem management.

You will coordinate major incident responses, oversee hardware deployments, identity and access management, and work closely with internal technology teams and third-party suppliers to raise service quality on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT support or service delivery teams within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, incident and problem management, and service improvement.
• Experience with Windows 11, SCCM, Intune, AD and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day service operations, incidents, service requests, problems and escalations within SLAs.
• Coordinate Major Incident Management, ensuring clear stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews.
• Oversee hardware deployments, endpoint support and service requirements across the business.
• Own Change Enablement process and CAB meetings, ensuring smooth transitions from projects to support.
• Collaborate with internal Technology teams and third-party suppliers to improve service quality.
