• Demonstrable experience applying AI in Front Office/Investment contexts.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills with senior teams.
• Experience building/operating AI-enabled workflows and tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases to improve productivity and decision‑making across investment and operations.
• Lead workshops and training to drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Design, deploy and govern AI-enabled tools and workflows within the firm.
• Collaborate with PMs, Analysts and leadership to roadmap AI capabilities.
