Job summary

BlueCrest Capital Management is seeking an AI Integration Lead to empower front-office teams with applied AI capabilities. You will enable adoption, train users, and map business processes to unlock repeatable AI-powered workflows.

The role offers hands-on prototyping and close collaboration with engineering and governance teams. You will work on integration of LLM tools, RAG concepts, and low-code platforms, ensuring reliable, secure AI usage with measurable impact across trading and research

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in evolving applied AI technologies and their use in improving real business processes in a practical and controlled manner.
• Experience delivering or supporting training, workshops, or enablement sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools beyond typical end-user interaction, including prompt engineering and grounding AI outputs in data.
• Familiarity with enterprise and low-code AI tooling such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Claude Cowork.
• Practical experience designing AI-assisted workflows that support repeatable tasks rather than one-off interactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Act as a go-to point of contact for teams who want to understand what AI tools are available and how to use them effectively.
• Run workshops, demos, and hands-on sessions that help users understand the benefits of LLMs and AI technologies.
• Support day-to-day adoption of AI tools by embedding them into real workflows.
• Deliver practical training on prompt engineering, AI limitations, and best usage patterns.
• Create reusable materials such as prompt examples/libraries and walkthroughs.
• Refine training content based on user feedback and emerging best practice.
• Map business processes to identify AI opportunities and design simple end-to-end workflows.
• Build simple prototypes or proofs-of-concept using Python and approved AI APIs.
• Collect feedback, share insights, and inform tooling documentation and prioritisation.
• Define and track adoption metrics and reporting dashboards for AI tools.
• Identify areas of low engagement and drive enablement improvements.
• Combine usage data with feedback to show how AI is used in practice.
