Job summary

Martis Search is partnering with a boutique London-based hedge fund to appoint a Front Office AI Strategy & Implementation Specialist. This is a newly created, high-visibility role working directly with portfolio managers, analysts and senior leadership to embed AI into the investment process.

You will identify practical AI use cases across investment and operations, build AI-enabled tools, run workshops, and shape the firm’s AI governance and long-term roadmap.
