Job summary

Martis Search Limited is seeking an AI Change Analyst for a hedge fund, splitting time between Front Office and Operations to design AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Analysts and senior stakeholders to automate complex processes and shape the firm's AI strategy.

You will focus on building AI tools, governance, and data-driven decision support, using platforms like PowerBI and Azure, with Python-backed workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with a minimum 2:1 in a STEM subject
• Experience in Financial Services operations or IT with AI exposure preferred
• Strong numeracy and data analysis skills
• Experience building and deploying GPTs or AI-powered tools is desirable
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities to improve productivity and decision quality
• Propose AI tools and data-driven solutions for staff
• Govern AI tool usage and document governance practices
• Support staff in using AI and build practical AI-driven solutions
