Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in applied AI improving business processes.
• Experience delivering training/workshops for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on with AI tools beyond end-user use, e.g. prompt engineering, data grounding, API usage.
• Familiarity with enterprise low-code AI tooling (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Claude Cowork).
• Experience assessing AI output quality and iterating prompts/workflows for reliability.
• Comfort with Python for scripting and data handling.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to adapt in evolving requirements and deliver pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to contact for teams on available AI tools and usage.
• Run workshops, demos, and hands-on sessions to demonstrate AI benefits.
• Support day-to-day adoption of Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude within workflows.
• Deliver practical prompt engineering training and create reusable materials.
• Map business processes and identify opportunities for AI assistance.
• Build simple prototypes and collaborate with engineers on broader ideas.
• Collect feedback and share insights with governance and platform teams.
• Define and track adoption metrics and maintain simple dashboards.
