Job summary

You will prototype rapidly, validate with business teams, and ship scalable solutions built on Microsoft Copilot tooling and Barings AI platform. Strong domain knowledge in asset management is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven software engineering experience with daily AI-native tool usage.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems.

• Cloud platform exposure and strong problem-solving skills.
