Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking an AI Integration Lead to accelerate practical, responsible AI adoption across front-office teams. You will enable usage of approved AI tools, run training sessions, map end-to-end processes, and develop lightweight prototypes with Python and internal APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI to real business processes in a practical, controlled way.
• Experience delivering training, workshops or enablement sessions for mixed audiences.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools beyond end-user interaction with solid grounding of outputs.
• Familiarity with enterprise low-code AI tooling and platforms.
• Practical Python skills for scripting, data handling, and API use.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Able to iterate in environments with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to contact for teams on available AI tools and usage.
• Run workshops and demos to show value of LLMs and AI technologies.
• Support day-to-day adoption of Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude in workflows.
• Deliver practical training on prompts, AI limitations and usage patterns.
• Create reusable materials: prompts, libraries, walkthroughs, notes.
• Refine training content based on feedback and best practices.
• Spend time with teams to map processes and identify AI opportunities.
• Help articulate problems and apply AI tooling sensibly.
• Map simple end-to-end workflows for AI enablement.
• Build simple prototypes or proofs-of-concept with Python or internal tools.
• Collaborate with engineers on prototypes and small improvements.
• Focus on small, shippable wins rather than large speculative solutions.
• Collect structured feedback and share insights with governance and infra teams.
• Support adoption metrics and dashboard reporting for AI tools.
• Monitor adoption trends and identify friction points requiring enablement.
• Combine usage data with feedback to inform tooling improvements.
• Share adoption insights with stakeholders to guide priorities.
