Job summary

BlueCrest Capital Management is seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to drive end-to-end delivery and operations for a modern hybrid architecture across Azure and AWS. You will join a highly technical team modernising core trading platforms, embedding AI agents into pipelines, and expanding Kubernetes-based deployments across global data centers.

The role emphasizes automation, IaC with Terragrunt/Terraform/Ansible, and GitHub Actions, while maintaining reliability and security in a fast-paced trading

Qualifications

• Proficient in AIOps and DevOps with hands-on experience
• Strong experience across Azure and AWS with AI-native services
• Experience embedding LLM APIs and AI agents into pipelines
• IaC experience with Terragrunt, Terraform, and Ansible
• Excellent containerisation knowledge, especially Kubernetes
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Delivery-focused mindset aligned to business needs

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and operations of DevOps environments
• Lead technology modernization towards AI, microservices and public cloud
• Advance a hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure spanning on-prem and cloud
• Automate and standardize platforms for scalability and reliability
• Collaborate across teams to accelerate fast-paced delivery while managing risk
• Contribute to platform engineering and incident response improvements
