Pareto FM is looking for a Front of House Team Member to join one of our client sites in Hemel Hempstead. You will be the face of the workplace, delivering a welcoming reception, handling sign-ins, calls, and general enquiries, while supporting day-to-day operations and events.

The role combines customer service, administration, and facilities support in a busy environment. You should be professional, friendly, and security-conscious, with strong communication and organisation, able to work

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, professional, and proactive approach in customer-facing environments.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic IT skills including email and Microsoft 365.
• Flexible approach with willingness to support workplace events where needed.

Responsabilités

• Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors.
• Delivering a professional and welcoming experience at all times.
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing passes where required.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently.
• Responding to workplace requests, queries, and issues in a timely manner.
• Managing internal systems including meeting room bookings and access passes.
• Supporting with workplace events and evening setup when required.
