Job summary

Nuffield Health in Stafford is seeking a Front of House Team Member to greet members and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You’ll manage reception duties, assist with enquiries and maintain a welcoming environment.

This part-time role (32 hours per week) offers a pro rata salary of £27,248 and a benefits package including free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts and pension options.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and empathetic.
• Strong communication skills face-to-face and over the phone.
• Basic IT skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception, including attention to detail and initiative.
• Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.

As a Front of House Team member at our gym, you'll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. you're flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

As a Member of the Front of House Team, you will:

• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued
