Job summary

Nuffield Health in Manchester (Didsbury) is seeking a Front of House Team Member on a part-time permanent basis. You will greet members and visitors, support reception and café operations, and deliver warm, helpful service. You will handle queries, assist with membership tasks and help create a friendly, professional club atmosphere.

A background in customer care and basic Word/Excel skills are preferred. The role emphasises flexibility, initiative, and good communication to ensure every guest

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic IT tools including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors at reception in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support the reception and café areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Answer queries, assist with memberships and guide guests as needed.
• Assist the café team with preparing and serving items; maintain a welcoming environment.
