Job summary

Ottolenghi Bicester Village is seeking a Front of House Team Member on a full-time basis. As a Front of House Assistant, you will greet customers, help with purchases, and ensure every guest leaves delighted, while also supporting other departments as needed.

Experience in retail or hospitality and excellent English communication are desirable. We offer 28 days' holiday, staff meals on shift, a healthcare plan, staff discounts, and opportunities for development in a warm, creative culture.

Ottolenghi is looking for a Front of House team member to join them on a full-time basis. As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll be the face of Ottolenghi, welcoming customers into our shop, assisting with their purchases, and ensuring they have a wonderful experience. While the role primarily involves shop assistant duties, you will also be cross-trained in other departments to support our diverse operations. This could include helping with table service or bar shifts, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.

The ideal Front of House Team Member will be:

• Greeting our guests with a warm welcome
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectation
• Working with other team-members to ensure a streamline service
• Assist in other areas as needed, including bar shifts
• Selling products with knowledge in our shop area
• Giving great customer service when serving our guests food and drink

The ideal Front of House Team Member at Ottolenghi will have:

• Experience in retail and or hospitality
• Excellent communication skills and a good level of English, both spoken and written
