Job summary

Ottolenghi Marylebone is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to join our deli. You’ll greet guests, provide product knowledge, operate the till, and maintain high standards on the shop floor and displays.

We value a proactive, calm attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for food. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a warm, collaborative team that celebrates creativity and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or hospitality customer service experience.
• A genuine love of food and enthusiasm to share it with customers.
• Friendly, helpful, and proactive approach to service.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do
