Job summary

The Waterhead Inn in Ambleside is seeking friendly Front of House team members to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.

You will be the first impression for guests, ensuring a memorable visit with attentiveness and a positive attitude in a fast-paced pub-with-rooms setting. Training and development are supported by The Inn Collection Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in welcoming guests and taking orders.
• Able to stay calm under pressure in a busy venue.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them warmly.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks accurately.
• Maintain clean and welcoming dining areas.
• Upsell where appropriate to enhance guest experience.
