The National Trust is hiring a Food and Beverage Team Member across its cafes, tea-rooms and restaurants. You’ll be at the front of house, delivering outstanding service and helping create memorable experiences for visitors in a rural setting.

No prior experience required; you’ll join a lively, customer-focused team with induction, training on allergens and food safety, and opportunities for further development. This role includes weekends and some flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required but you should be a people person who cares about giving great service.
• Enjoy working with others or on your own initiative.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn and adapt.

Responsabilités

• Front of house duties, greeting guests and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Assist with displays and signs to keep areas looking appealing.
• Support kitchen team with food preparation when needed.
• Participate in induction and training on allergens and food safety.
