Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide the Front of House team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a busy venue across the UK. You will lead by example, motivate staff, and build strong client relationships while maintaining high service standards.

The role is full-time and permanent, with 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 7 AM–7 PM, requiring flexibility to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a Front of House or hospitality team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage rosters and staffing levels.
• Strong leadership with coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the Front of House team to deliver consistently exceptional service.
• Build relationships with clients and guests and respond to their needs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service standards and presentation.
• Collaborate with Events, Hospitality and suppliers for seamless experiences.
• Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members.
• Monitor feedback and audits to improve guest experience.
• Lead by example and promote Rapport values.
