Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bond Street is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the reception department and drive exceptional guest service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach a hardworking team and ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract (40 hours per week) with a salary of £42,000 per annum and a focus on delivering outstanding hospitality in central London.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front of house or reception role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high service standards.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception operations and guest interactions to ensure a warm and efficient welcome.
• Lead and coach Front Desk Team to deliver the Front of House strategy and targets.
• Manage department costs and scheduling to support operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and guest experiences.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally; escalate when needed.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met and staff present professionally.
