Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd is recruiting a Front of House Supervisor to join our Cambridge operation. You will lead a fast-paced FOH team, ensuring service standards, cleanliness and customer care are maintained throughout busy shifts.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract with 40 hours per week, and a benefits package including on-site parking. Salary is £28,500 per annum, with opportunities to develop into management roles within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced catering or supervisory role.
• Willingness to progress into management.
• Good personal presentation and communication.
• Able to work 5 days out of 7.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house staff start times and uniforms.
• Ensure service standards and customer service excellence.
• Prepare and set up service areas for each meal.
• Maintain hygiene and Health & Safety records daily.
• Assist with events and functions as needed.
