Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a Front of House Supervisor in Cambridge. The role involves leading the front of house team in a fast-paced catering environment, ensuring service standards and smooth operations across meals and events.

Salary is 28,500 GBP per year, with a 40-hour week and 5 days in a 7-day pattern. The position includes on-site parking and a pathway to progression within a growing independent caterer.

Qualifications

• Team member with strong teamworking and customer service.
• Must hold Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification.
• Experience in fast-paced catering environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FOH staff report on time and wear proper uniform.
• Manage service rota and reallocate duties as needed.
• Maintain daily cleaning and Health & Safety records.
• Serve customers and ensure standards meet Thomas Franks.'s expectations.
