Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking team members to support daily catering services. You will assist with serving customers, replenishing stocks and maintaining cleanliness across service areas.

Expect to prepare, serve and clear food and beverages for events, while adhering to all hygiene and safety standards and allergen policies. We value teamwork, flexible availability for functions, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Holds a level 2 food hygiene qualification.
• Demonstrates reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Demonstrates reasonable/good written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience in customer and/or food preparation environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, cleaning.
• Prepare all service areas for the day’s business relating to that meal service.
• Prepare, set-up, serve, clear, clean and store away food, beverages or equipment for functions.
• Prepare basic food for sale/service, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Restock stocks and consumables during service, pre-empt customer needs.
• Ensure food hygiene, health & safety policies and allergen controls are followed.
• Be adaptable and flexible; work on own initiative with good presentation and behaviour.
