Job summary

Pret a Manger invites you to join our team as a Front Of House Leader. You will support, train, and coach our teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards, taking ownership of each shift alongside our Managers.

We offer training through our Training Academy and clear paths to future management opportunities. Benefits include £13.70 per hour (incl. £1.25 per hour mystery shopper) for 16 hours, plus free food on shifts and a 50% discount when not working.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality or retail.

As a Leader, you will support, train, and coach our teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards. Your leadership is crucial to the smooth running of each shift, as you take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside our Managers. You'll be the eyes and ears for front-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

We have the following positions available right now:

• Part Time (16 hours) - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 6:30am to 5:30pm
