Job summary

The Boundary in Reading is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can inspire and oversee the FOH team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth operations and consistency across all shifts.

The ideal candidate brings proven FOH leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality. The role offers a vibrant pub atmosphere with great beer, food, and sports viewing, located in the heart of Reading.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front of House Team Leader or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Comfortable engaging with guests and managing staff in a busy pub environment.
