The Boundary in Reading is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to lead and motivate the front-of-house team, delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining smooth operations across the venue.

You will work closely with management to foster a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel valued and well looked after, ensuring service excellence during all trading hours.
