Job summary

The Boundary in Reading is looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to deliver a fantastic experience for guests. You’ll coach and guide frontline colleagues to collaborate and provide great service.

You’ll work with management to realise the venue’s vision, ensure standards and compliance, and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for diners and drinkers, with a focus on beer, cocktails, and live sports.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team and coaching staff.
