Job summary

Stonegate Group is hiring a Front of House Team Leader for the Queens Head. You will lead the front of house team, drive guest experience, and work with management to deliver a consistent, welcoming pub atmosphere.

Applicants should be able to motivate staff, maintain smooth operations, and create a friendly environment for guests during busy service periods. A 18+ role involving alcohol sales with the Queens Head venue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong focus on delivering guest experience and welcoming service.
