Job summary

Loungers is hiring a Front of House Supervisor for Sarto Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll lead the team on shift, support management, and help maintain high service standards while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops in a supervisory/FOH role.
• Ability to lead by example on the floor and set the pace for the team.
• Comfortable handling queries and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, ensuring great service and smooth operations.
• Support management with day-to-day operations from opening to closing tasks and upholding standards.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team, clarifying roles and ensuring confidence during service.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens, and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into great experiences.
• Help drive sales by managing the bar and pass and contributing to a welcoming lounge.
