Molo Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, support managers and deliver exceptional service at our casual dining lounge in the UK. You’ll coach the team, ensure standards and run smooth service, all while enjoying perks like staff meals, tips, and staff discounts from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Previous supervisor or team leader experience.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Good communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during busy shifts to ensure great service.
• Support the management with daily lounge operations.
• Coach and motivate staff, assigning roles.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, allergens, and cash handling.
• Resolve customer queries and handle complaints.
• Drive sales and manage the bar and pass.
