This role offers an hourly rate up to £13.30 with tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Ideal for those stepping into management within hospitality.

You’ll support managers, guide colleagues, and uphold standards while fostering a welcoming, community-focused lounge experience for regulars and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff across shifts.
• Strong front-of-house operational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to deliver great service.
• Support management with opening/closing tasks and floor standards.
• Coach and guide team to ensure confident service.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens, and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints and turn visits into positive experiences.
• Assist in driving sales by managing the bar and pass.
