Slim Chickens Nottingham is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead and supervise the front of house, delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You’ll mentor the team, maintain brand standards, and ensure a warm, welcoming guest experience.

This role is based in Nottingham and sits within the Boparan Restaurant Group family. We value leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive
